The Oakley Meta Vanguard prescription insert, also searched as the Oakley Vanguard prescription insert (rx insert), keeps your prescription exactly where you need it, without touching the frame you already own. Single vision, progressive, high RX and astigmatism: all supported. No frame modification. No switching between glasses.
This is ONLY THE CLIP with prescription lenses. The sunglasses are not included.
We use tools and engineering techniques from Swiss watchmaking to achieve the tolerances that make progressives and strong prescriptions possible. This is not a universal adapter.

Precision Fit
We engineer and manufacture the nosepads in-house to make sure they meet our standards for your specific frame model. The rubber compound is developed in-house for grip that holds during sweat without marking the shield.

The Vanguard is already heavier than a typical sport frame, so every gram in the insert counts. Trivex is our top recommendation here. For stronger prescriptions, contact us about thinner options to keep the overall weight comfortable for all-day wear.
